Shipping Overview
CHYMEOCHY offers both domestic and international shipping to ensure clients worldwide can experience our collections.
All orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Vietnam time.
Domestic Shipping – Vietnam
For orders within Vietnam, a flat shipping rate of VND 40,000 will be applied at checkout.
Customers located in Ho Chi Minh City may also choose complimentary in-store pickup at our flagship boutique.
International Shipping
For international orders, we offer express international shipping services.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Destination country
- Selected shipping method
Estimated Delivery Time
Vietnam: 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
International: 10–15 business days, depending on destination.
Please note that delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched.
